Hello and welcome.
Thank you very much for dropping by. My name as you may or may not have already guessed is James and this is my personal web space. Originally I set up the site to talk about writing and writers something that I am very interested in. I have been writing since 1998 and bits of my writing can be found here. You can also find links to magazines and books that I have contributed to over those years. If you read any of my writing and want to send me any comments and feedback you can contact me at the link above. In 2011 I took part in NaNoWrimo and completed the 50,000+ words, the first time I have completed the task, I'm currently completing the story. If you want to read any of the fiction stories I have written you can check them out at UKAuthors.com. In August 2009 I published my second booklet called "Scribbling Drunkenly 2: Lock In" it is available to buy or download here.
This site also includes my involvement with the superb "Twisted Tongue Magazine." This is a magazine that I have contributed interviews to, with various writers, since 2006. If you are a writer and you are interested in taking part in an interview for the magazine then please get in touch. I will consider all who ask. Please see the link above for more information on interviews and written contributions.
Thank you for visiting.
I enjoy reading a lot, particularly horror, sci fi and comedy. My favourite authors include Stephen King, Isaac Asimov, Arthur Clarke, and Edgar Allen Poe. I have also enjoyed books by Thomas Harris, Rob Grant, Doug Naylor, Robert Llewellyn and Clive Barker.
Websites that I have found to be of interest to me, helpful, or just plain stupid can be found on the links on the right hand side of this web space. I’ve also included links to some other writers like myself who just enjoy writing as a bit of fun.
In recent months the traffic to this web space has increased somewhat. Thank you to everyone who has surfed by this way. Surfers from China, Saudi Arabia, Australia, UK, America, Argentina and Brazil are among about 40 different countries that surf this way each month. Thanks to you all.
"Up The Wolves."
Please hang around a while, click away and enjoy the site.
Kind regards,
James.
