Hello, seeing as you have arrived at this site you must have googled my name and so you won’t be surprised to know that this is the webspace of James Hazlehurst. Hello to you all and thanks for dropping by this way. I originally set up this website about my interest in writing. These days I try and spend some of my spare time writing and I'll try and update this website as often as neccessary. Scribbling is a habit that I have had on and off for about ten years. During that time I have managed to get a couple of stories published. I’m also a member of the online writing community UKAuthors.com. The idea for a website is to get some feedback, encouragement and help. If you have any experience in this field please get in touch with any advice that you can because I'm riding by the seat of my pants with it all! I'm writing a first draft of a novel as part of the Write A Novel In A Year (WANIAY) over on UKAuthors.com again if you can offer any help or assistance or are interested in any other way please get in touch with me via the contact link above. I enjoy reading a lot, particularly horror, sci fi and comedy. My fave authors include Stephen King, Isaac Asimov, Arthur Clarke, and Edgar Allen Poe. I have also enjoyed books by Thomas Harris, Rob Grant, Doug Naylor, Robert Llewellyn and Clive Barker.

In recent months the traffic to this webspace has increased somewhat.
